Laurel is MNP’s Executive Vice President, Clients and Services. She has spent over 25 years in professional services, the past 12 of which have been with MNP where her role has been to build out the firm’s suite of services and industry specialty practices. Today, Laurel is responsible for the strategy and process around all service offerings and industry niches across the firm, as well as the firm’s brand program. Her team includes senior leaders in Assurance, Tax, Consulting, Financial Advisory Services, Marketing, Agriculture and Food, Real Estate, Professionals, Oil and Gas, Mining, Financial Services, and Aboriginal Services. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and an MBA, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Always active in her community, Laurel has been involved in a number of business, educational & charitable boards and committees, both in Winnipeg and Calgary. In 2009, Laurel was honoured by the Women’s Executive Network as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada in the Professionals category.
