I am a generator of positive ideas and real projects that can benefit many people. Many intelligent people understand that our planet Earth dramatically changes the climate to extreme conditions. I know that this will very often repeat itself to critical situations in the north and south of the US and Canada. I have been given a vision by God to solve this problem. According to my project, the government of America and serious investors should unite for the sake of one goal - Construct new closed cities in the form of a three-dimensional ring - TOP. This project with collective communications connected by underground pipes will save a lot of smart people in the US and Canada. If here there are interested rescuers of the nation.
