Forum Chair Recruitment Challenge

Help realize the vision to populate the world with better business leaders. Read Overview...
Overview

MacKay CEO Forums is a Canada-based CEO development program with a vision to populate the world with better business leaders.

How it Works

Each forum is comprised of 12-14 Forum Members, moderated by a Forum Chair. Our Forum Chairs play a pivotal role in helping CEOs achieve their full potential. Drawing on their established network, Forum Chairs attract new members to our community and create best-fit peer groups. Drawing on proprietary leadership resources, a shared experience model and a proven approach to peer learning, our Forum Chairs facilitate the member experience, idea exchange, and support to help our members become better CEOs and accelerate their business results while saving time and improving well-being. The power of our peer groups is truly transformational.

Our Challenge

We are constantly seeking better, more innovative ways to get things done. Our end-of-year goal is to find 40 new Forum Chairs in the next 90 days. So, The Forum Chair Application Challenge is our way to leverage the crowd to identify potential new qualified Forum Chairs.
