During this webinar, the prize administration team shared an overview of the roles and responsibilities of Evaluation Entities, including Evaluation Report templates for use in Phase IV. These reports are available under the Resources tab of HeroX.
Although Evaluation Entities do not officially begin work until Phase IV, prize participants are responsible for initiating contact with their selected companies as soon as possible. Prize participants should complete the Overview Information and Evaluation Plan sections of their Evaluation Report as part of their Breakthrough Contest Final Submission requirements (see Section 4. Evaluation Entity of the Official Prize Rules).
