Mark Isaacs, MIT-trained architect, award-winning design/builder of Near & Net Zero buildings has already teamed with the Boys & Girls Club of the Gulf Coast Hancock County Chapter in Bay St Louis, Mississippi in a Makers Workshop that has paid living wages to disadvantaged, at-risk youth to successfully make 300 R6-9 windows & daylight transoms. The current project proposes innovative building envelope improvements, cool roof-mounted SEER 43 mini-split heat pumps shaded by solar panels, & HP HW.
