Fort Smith River Valley Renewable Energy

The Fort Smith River Valley Renewable Energy project will implement goals to expand energy efficiency and clean energy resources to low-to- moderate income residents in the River Valley. Doing so will improve community health, reduce energy expenses, and enhance the overall quality of life. Focused will be on the support for low-income communities, specifically, energy insecurity. We have worked to assess the community’s energy needs and have researched and brought in representatives of agencies that provide resources for weatherization, as well as solar companies to assess the possibility for solar installations.
