The Mid-South GHP Workforce Initiative is dedicated to expanding workforce training in geothermal heat pump (GHP) technology across Memphis and North Mississippi. By aligning educational institutions, industry leaders, and community partners, we aim to train and certify a new generation of HVAC professionals, creating economic opportunities while supporting the clean energy transition in the Mid-South.
