Solar Geo Drill

This team will present a method of using solar energy to replace conventional drilling methods. Using AM to produce a drilling robot and casings for the bore hole the "Solar Geo Drill" will focus one megawatt of sun light into a beam concentrating it 600,000 times (pseudo-laser) to drill down through the earth.
