Reminder: The Stage 1 submission deadline for GoAERO is in TWO Weeks on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 5pm Eastern Time (New York/ USA).
NO materials submitted outside of the platform will be accepted and NO late submissions will be accepted.
There are a number of documents to upload and required fields in the submission. DO NOT wait until the last minute to begin uploading/completing your submission form. You can SAVE your submission as a DRAFT along they way. You can continue to EDIT your submission, even if you have submitted, until the Stage 1 Submission Deadline.
Please take careful note of the formatting requirements for the technical report and other other documentation. Documents formatted incorrectly will be deemed ineligible and will not be reviewed by the judges.

The submission fee for individuals is $250 and $500 for teams. Make sure to have your payment information on hand when submitting and plan your submission time accordingly. You will receive a confirmation email when your submission is accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your junk email, or try again.
