Products that will dramatically speed the installation of PV or CSP systems while reducing labor needs

Installation of large scale solar energy systems requires many repeatable motions. This idea is asking for concepts to automate portions of the installation process for PV (ground mount and rooftop) and CSP (tower or trough) systems. The focus should be on dramatically reducing the time of individual steps or the entire installation process leveraging in advances in robotics, human assistance devices and more. Speeding the installation time will allow investors to see returns on their investments sooner and potentially allow funds to make their way back into project development pipelines sooner.
