Power J.A.G.S. (Joint Approach to Green Solutions) is a transformative initiative designed to energize the minds of high school and college students, green communities through education, and build a robust talent pipeline for a sustainable future. This comprehensive program offers a unique blend of clean energy education, community engagement, and career development opportunities, ensuring participants are well-equipped to lead the charge toward a greener and cleaner world. Power J.A.G.S. is not just a program; it's a movement to cultivate a generation of leaders who will shape a sustainable and prosperous future through the power of clean energy education and community collaboration. Power J.A.G.S. will be available to all SUSLA students, as well as those at the Southern University A&M College. Partners include Entergy, CenterPoint Energy, American Electric Power (AEP)/ SWEPCO, EVHybridNoire, Southern University at New Orleans, Scotlandville Magnet High, Southern University Lab School, and Broadmoor High School.
