Micro Hydrogen is using grid-independent electrlyser tech to solve the high cost and difficulty transportation problems of green hydrogen. The grid-independent electrlyser solution can disconnect the grid power, only uses wind/solar power to produce hydrogen from water.
In our electrolyser, Each electrode can be controlled by cutting in & cutting off in series connecting according to the power changing from wind & solar.
In our hydrogen production system, Each electrolyzer can be controlled by cutting in & cutting off in parallel connecting according to the power changing from wind & solar.
Our solution can reduce at least 50% hydrogen production cost. Because no matter wind or solar power, the power generation cost is around (2-3)¢/kWh, but the grid power cost purchasing from utility is around ¢(7-10)/kWh. And the electricity cost accounts 70% of green hydrogen cost. Other cost account 30% in hydrogen production from water. So when reduce the electricity cost which can reduce the hydrogen production cost rapidly.
But all existing solution must connect the grid power to produce hydrogen from water for keeping the stable power even it uses wind/solar power.
