Big Bend CDC, a nonprofit, will develop a roadmap for clean energy jobs and economic opportunity in the city of Quincy, FL and the Gadsden County region. Using our plan, we will receive a letter of commitment from a manufacturing entity to establish a clean energy facility in the area.
