Our Phase 2 winners will advance to the final Phase 3, where they will finalize their roadmap and get commitment from at least one entity interested in establishing a clean energy manufacturing facility in their region.
All Strategies Track Phase 1 winners have one additional chance to submit for Phase 2 by November, so we're excited to see more teams advance their community-based manufacturing initiatives!
