A multi-stage CSP system that realizes ultra-high efficiency, extremely low cost, and super-stable power generation comprises a inflatable non-imaging non-tracking solar concentrator, a non-imaging non-tracking sub-concentrator, a hybrid solar thermal and photovoltaic receiver, a thermal energy storage, and a thermoelectric energy conversion system. This system is a stand alone mobile power generation system that can support a mobile Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station network and a mobile power grid systems, as well as a mobile hydrogen generation ana swappable battery charging network system.
