The American Samoa Territorial Energy Office is partnering with the America Samoa Department of Education, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Everblue, Legacy LLC, and the American Samoa Power Authority to apply for funds to upgrade infrastructure and make energy efficiency improvements to 12 schools on the islands of Tutuila and Manu'a.
