Our focus is on building renewable energy projects in California’s Central Valley, an area with poor air quality, high heat summers and where development of utility scale solar projects paired with drought has caused agricultural land to fallow, which reduces working opportunities to local communities. California is also one of the states with the highest cost of energy, further burdening these low-income communities.
