Black Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Commerce of Arkansas is the only active Black chamber in the state of Arkansas, and we are Statewide. MISSION The Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce of Arkansas, will be a principal advocate and the preeminent leader in fostering economic success for African American and Minorities –owned businesses and the African American and Minorities business community in the State of Arkansas.
VISION Our vision is to serve as the leading advocate in the State of Arkansas for Black, and Minorities owned companies in Business Development, Wealth Creation and Economic Empowerment.
GOAL
Our goals is to economically empower and sustain African American and Minorities communities through entrepreneurship and established access to capitalization, and thru capitalization created generational wealth, and increase African American and Minorities business and home ownership. We achieve this by providing access to valuable resources, education, funding, discounts, and partnership that will establish and grow Black and Minorities business, and employment.
Community Development
Identify and utilize Firms, that obtain grant monies from President Biden, Build Back Better Grant programs, and other Federal, State, local, and non profits Grant funds for Urban and Rural municipalities, school Boards, County governments, and other organizations.
Work with Federal and State agencies, and other organizations, to utilize their pre existing program and better implement those programs into the low to moderate income communities. By using other existing program this will enable BCDCCA to use our grant money on Grant writers, and other programs that will produce a greater return on investment, ROI, during our first 3 to 5 years.
