Linkhaw Farms is a planned, mixed-use, truly resilient, regenerative community development project on a 400-acre farmland in rural Robeson County, North Carolina. We are applying to the partner track prize in order to build a new working group of community organizations, developers, engineers, architects and clean energy technicians in order to build a PV solar and battery storage microgrid at Linkhaw Farms. We also will support local workforce development in the county to create upward mobility for a new wave of professionals who can install, repair and maintain renewable energy systems.
