The challenge we set for ourselves was to achieve the definitive elimination of hot-spots from solar panels. Other manufacturers aim to mitigate the worst consequences of hot-spots. We set out to eradicate their root cause, which is reverse bias. Rigorous independent field testing indicates that we have achieved the world's first technology that controls reverse bias in solar panels. The result is enhanced safety and efficiency at a far lower cost in manufacturing.
