Team Skysun

Skysun, LLC is developing solar tracking technology with applications in CSP, PV and CPV. Specifically, for this challenge Skysun will develop a tensile based ganged heliostat concept for use in a hybrid concentrating system. Advantages of the system will be significantly higher concentration ratios, zero cosine loss and reduced collecting field installed cost.
