Short description of planned workforce training initiative

Two comprehensive training programs tailored to the distinct needs of our Research & Development (R&D) department and our production line. These initiatives are designed to not only enhance the capabilities of our current workforce but also to future-proof our operations by staying ahead of industry advancements.

The training sessions will be conducted at HCC as well as at the SEG Manufacturing Facility in Houston. Additionally, we anticipate collaboration with HCC to provide online courses to accommodate the diverse needs of our employees.

HCC will provide the below Training Solutions in collaboration with SEG:
- Course Development: Collaborate with our partner school to develop specialized courses for photovoltaic module manufacturing.
- Training Implementation: To implement training programs at the school, including instructor fees, venue rentals, etc.
- Student Internship Program: To provide internship opportunities for students and related management costs.
- Research and Development: To support the schools research and development projects in the field of photovoltaics to promote technological innovation.
