Reminder: The Stage 1 submission deadline for GoAERO is in ONE Week on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 5pm Eastern Time (New York/ USA).
NO materials submitted outside of the platform will be accepted.
NO late submissions will be accepted.
Submission Form:
- There are a number of documents to upload and required fields in the submission. DO NOT wait until the last minute to begin uploading/completing your submission form.
- You can SAVE your submission as a DRAFT along they way. You can continue to EDIT your submission, even if you have submitted, until the Stage 1 Submission Deadline.
- Take careful note of the formatting requirements for the Technical Report and other documentation. Documents formatted incorrectly will be deemed ineligible and will not be reviewed by the judges. Extra pages or documents linked outside of the report will not be reviewed by the judges.
- You must download and save the Schedule and Resources document to your own device. Complete it and then upload it in the required section of the submission.
The submission fee for individuals is $250 and $500 for teams. You will receive a confirmation email when your submission is accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your junk email, or try again. If you continue to have trouble submitting, contact us at
