After you create your submission form, a new tab labeled “Judging Criteria” will appear on the main menu at the left. This section allows you to set the criteria that judges will use when evaluating submissions.
To add criteria, click the “Add Criterion” button. Enter a title for the criterion. Set a maximum score (numerical – judges will be asked to score the criterion from 1 to X, with X being the maximum score that you set here). If desired, add a description to give further instructions on how this criterion should be scored.
Repeat the steps above to add as many criteria as are needed. To change the order of the criteria, place your mouse over the tab with the arrows on the right-hand side of the item you want to move, then click and drag it to the position you want it to be in.
After you have added all of your criteria, click the “Update” button at the top of the screen.
NOTE: The submission form needs to be created before the “Judging Criteria” section will populate.
IMPORTANT : You can edit your criteria by returning to this section, however, once your page is in the “Judging” stage you will no longer be able to modify your criteria.
