Luminous aims to provide on-demand robot fleets to free solar construction workers from repetitive heavy lifting of solar panels in large scale installations, where 89% of solar companies are struggling to hire. The labor shortage is becoming a sever bottleneck, endangering not only solar growth, but our planet’s trajectory to a more sustainable future. We leverage robotics to solve that pain and to become a force multiplier in a waning manual labor force, enabling faster, cheaper, and safer deployment of solar energy at scale.
