We believe (me and my 12 daugther) that the first 10 minutes experience must start before you arrive, in your car, at the second you gaze the entrance...the entrance to a new world...
The entrance to a theme park which can be changed in time if desired. For starters, it could be the arrival to a new planet (welcome to Planet Jupiter for example), entering the parking lot which all shall be dresseup to emulate this theme since the instant you go across the gates you become submerge in the theme selected, riding your the vehicle to a dressed up valet parking that welcomes you to this planet, where you switch to a golf like car which then will take you to the needed destination on your theme park (hospital). In case of needing a waiting room it shall be a cinema like room with short films of the theme selected in an ambience which shall be warm and cozy, with colorfull popcorns. This should carry on as long as needed to entertain kids and family alike. Additionally there has to be a large quantity of themes to choose from and renew every couple of year, (welcome to a hollywood red carpet show, welcome to alice in wonderland, welcome to wizar of OZ, and so forth and so on.)
