We need to do more evidence based interaction with children. For that we need multimodal recordings of actual interactions. Put several cameras and really good microphones in one or two rooms. Push a button inside the room and it starts recording. The recording goes directly into a pc where it can later be analyzed. Titel and parental/patient permission should be managed vocally. I should be possible for the parent/patient to see when recording is on or not.
How can your idea be implemented? Who can be a partner or supplier in realising it?
