Once we have our statistics, we have to find solutions for every kind of patient.
For example:
Ok we've seen the majority of our patient are here because they cut themselves, let's make a list of solution to enhance their 10 first minutes
- Candy? Lollipop? because we are a children hospital
- Cute bandage, anime bandage
- maybe welcome them with a nurse who lost one finger, so the children will feel he's not alone
The higher the percentage is, the more of these solution you should have
Here is a list of solution for you that you can apply depending of the statistics you get:
- Psychological support
- Nurse with a disease somehow like the patient
- Medical chair in case of back problems
- Maybe the patient can wait in water, it can make them suffer less in some cases.
- Massage
- magic show
- you can use animals, I think it's a very good idea to have cats in your hospital, you can be sure they will keep a very postive idea of your hospital if you have cats or dog
My idea can be implemented by learning your employee how to proceed my way. By buying some cats, some machines... You just need money and it's ok
