Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Wiki thus far!  Collectively you’ve made around 1300 contributions and have cited around 800 references!  This is crowdsourcing at its finest!

Thank you also to everyone who submitted an entry to compete for the Quick Start Prize!

With the passing of the deadline for the Quick Start Prize there are a couple couple updates and reminders to share:

  • Hot Fusion and Solar Energy have been transferred to dedicated Wiki pages due to the large number of contributions relating to both technology types.  Please use these dedicated pages for further contributions.
  • As the wiki is increasing in size, please consider readability when making contributions.  For example, utilize links and citations with overview descriptions instead of mirroring lengthy information that is hosted elsewhere.  Also please check that what you are adding is not a duplicate.
  • The talk pages are for discussion and editorial suggestions and comments.  Please make contributions relating to technologies on the main pages.
  • Keep in mind that prizes made for wiki contributions take into consideration the “relevance and veracity of entries made”.

Thanks again for all the hard work on the wiki and don’t forget to use this great resource on technologies and tests for verifying energy production as you are designing your XPRIZE concepts for submission!
