In recent years there were many scientific mission launched to the moon by several nations. The new discovery of water ice on the moon suggests that lunar stations can be built and industrial and scientific activity can be run from these stations. NASA and other agencies are developing programs for establishing a moon habitat. Several commercial companies are already founded and are suggesting ways to utilize lunar resources. Moon exploration seems to be in reach and not just a subject for science fiction. The name of the artwork is "The Eagle Has Landed." It was the first sentence said on the lunar surface by Neil Armstrong when he landed the Lunar module (The Eagle) in 1969. Mankind is close to "land" a permanent outpost on the surface of the Moon.
