האתגר
לאחר 11 שנות פעילות, החלטנו בעמותת רוח חדשה להתמקד בחיזוק ה"מעמד היצירתי" בירושלים. "המעמד היצירתי" הוא פלח אוכלוסייה הכולל בתוכו צעירים מובילים בתחומי היזמות, האמנות, הרוח, הכלכלה והשינוי החברתי שמעצם פעילותם בתחומם, דוחפים את העיר קדימה. אנחנו מחפשים רעיון מגובש שיאפשר לקדם את עשייה בתחום עיסוק ועניין שלך בעיר. אם הרעיון שלך הגיע לכאן, סימן שהוא שווה באמת!
איך לפצח את האתגר?
בשלב הזה תצטרכו לשתף אותנו ברעיון או יוזמה מפורטת ככל הניתן בתחומי האמנות, הרוח, הכלכלה או השינוי החברתי שתהיו מעוניינים לפתח יחד אתנו, כדי לקדם את העשייה בתחום העיסוק או העניין שלכם בעיר ואולי תזכו ב5,000$!.
הדרך לנצח את התחרות
יש להגיש הצעה מפורטת ככל האפשר של יוזמה שיהיה ניתן ליישם בירושלים. זה הזמן לחלום ולחשוב מחוץ לקופסה. אל תדאגו אם אין לכם את המשאבים לגרום לה לקרות, נוכל לעשות אותה ביחד.

מי יכול להשתתף? כולם. התחרות פתוחה לציבור הרחב.
בחירת הזוכה:
פרס בסך של 5,000$ יוענק לזוכה אחד\לקבוצה אשר תגיש את ההצעה הנבחרת לשיפור פני העיר. הזוכים ייבחרו על פי שיקול דעתה של ועדת שופטים מעמותת רוח חדשה.
קריטריונים לבחירת הזוכה
מקוריות 50%
מידת השפעת הרעיון על העיר 15%
שותפים ליישום הרעיון 15%
10% יישימות הרעיון
10% לוח זמנים ריאלי
אנו מחפשים רעיון פורץ דרך שישינה את פניה של העיר מבחינה חברתית אומנותית עסקית וכו' תרגישו חופשי להתפרע
השופטים
חברי וועדת השופטים מורכבת מעובדים עמותת רוח חדשה ומשתתפי תוכניותיה. מונים כ-7. לאחר נעילת התחרות חברי הוועדה יעברו על ההצעות וידרגו אותם. לאחר מכן ייפשגו השופטים ויצביעו על ההצעה הזוכה מבין שלושת ההצעות שקיבלו את הציון הגבוהה ביותר.
הרשמה:
בכדי להיות זכאי להשתתף בתחרות, על כל קבוצה\מתמודד יש להירשם במקום המיועד לכך באתר. הרשמות אשר תתקבלנה לאחר סגירת מועד ההרשמה, לא יכלו לקחת חלק בתחרות.
את כל חומר ההגשה יש לשלוח דרך האתר בפורמט PDF בלבד.

Welcome to the second stage of the competition!
The Challenge:
After 11 years of operation, New Spirit has decided to empower the "creative class" in Jerusalem. The "Creative class" are the young leaders in the fields of entrepreneurship, the arts, humanities, economics and social change that by their activities in their respective fields, propell the city forward. We are looking for solid ideas that will advance your field and your interests in the city. If you have arrived at this stage then your idea is really something big!
How to crack the challenge?
Please lay out your idea, in as detailed a format as possible, that you would be interested in developing together with us, to promote the activity in the arts, humanities, economics or social change and maybe you'll win $5000!
How to Win:
Please submit a detailed proposal of the initiative that will be implemented in Jerusalem. It's time to dream and think outside the box. Don't worry if you do not have the resources to make it happen, we can do it together.
Schedule:
The competition will close on 30 April 2015 and the winners will be announced on 17 May 2015.
Competition Rules:
Who can participate? Everyone. The competition is open to the general public.
Choosing the winner:
Reward of $5,000 will be awarded to the individual \ group who will submit the proposal to the team. City Winners will be chosen at the discretion of judges from the New Spirit Judges Panel.
Criteria:
The idea must be original (50% of your total score)
The idea must have viable impact on the city (15% of your total score)
Appropriate stakeholders engaged (15% of your total score)
The idea must be implementable (10% of your total score)
Provide a schedule for implementation (10% of your total score)
We are looking for a ground breaking idea that will change the face of Jerusalem, socially, culturally, artistically, economically... It can be anything, the sky is the limit!
Judges:
The panel of judges is comprised of New Spirit staff and past participants in its programs. There are 7 judges. After the end of the competition committee members will review each proposal individually and rank them. Then the judges will meet and vote on the three highest ranked proposals, the proposal that wins the vote, wins the prize.
Register:
To be eligible to participate in the competition, each group \ individual must register in the space provided on the site. Applications that will be submitted after the closing date for registration, cannot take part in the competition.
All submission materials must be sent via the website in PDF format only.
