Astronauts train to change a damaged battery on Mars rover during EVA, ensuring their safety and return to base.

This test scenario would allow astronauts to train on performing a EVA and extracting and changing the battery packs on the rover, this would allow astronauts to better deal with eventualities that might happen on the Martian surface. Their main objective is to successfully change the batteries on the human rated rover as there is malfunction and damage to the battery which needs immediate attention in order for the crew to get back to base. This scenario might also involve digging for parts that might get lost in the dirt or that get under the rover. While the astronauts replace the batteries they will have to safely store them inside the rover or under the Martian ground. Once the batteries have been replaced the astronaut will have to look into the computer to make sure they are well connected.
