Katherine, Stacey and Tony. This project had to be challenging but hilarious. As a GP, I'm envious not to have been able to participate! 😉

Congratulations to the winners. I suggested a vacuum pump system. Your solution sounds safer and I would guess employs post-use valve action before actuatiin of air-flow. 'Very interesting. Would love to see rhe design.

Another finalist obviously suggested a wear-able toilet-device. I had also thoughtvof this as a solution avoiding my invasive device. I imagined an inflatable ring thatvwould extend the seat of the suit, opening a cavity between the crew member and the receptacle-bottom-end, however, I thought this would be an overt solution and thus embarrassing as well as problematic when the cremember would be atrapled in to his acceleration couch/seat. It would also require a fan or suction due to fluid-dynamics in micro-G.

Anyway, I've digressed. 'Can't wait to see your design.

Hello team, Congratulations! I also designed an Air-push system a slightly different one than yours. But still great to see that it was a great idea.

    Hello team SPUDs!
Congratulations on your victory in the Space Poop Challenge. It was great to participate in this activity and better yet, to know that the dispute was with people of high level!
I take the opportunity to present my project. I apologize for any English flaw!

Greetings from a participant from Brazil.

When will the winning solutions be known? Or that will not show

It's nice to see that your project is very similar to mine. A beautiful design and a good presentation make the difference. I believe that when integrated with a vacuum ejection system which also can be emptied when necessary and a bag that inject talc or anti-irritant for skin care products, the project would be perfect and durability specifications far exceed those required.
In my opinion you had to take the first prize. Your system starts and does not think of anything more. Do not understand how can an astronaut in a space suit to use delicate instruments to insert, extract, replace, or another like it microsurgery .... I have no idea!
Congratulations, well done! You are the real winners.
