The United States Bureau of Reclamation judging panel has selected the following winner of the $75,000 First Place Prize Purse for the for Veg Out Challenge - Phase 3.
The Phase 3 First Place Winner is:
AquaInject, Where IoT Meets Vegetation Control, Trent Lewis:
The AquaInject utilizes "IoT" technology to remotely monitor and control treatments without an applicator or technician needed onsite.
Additionally, The United States Bureau of Reclamation judging panel has selected the following Runner-Up for the $35,000 Prize Purse for the Veg Out Challenge - Phase 3.
The Phase 3 Runner-Up is:
Packaged Herbicides for More Efficient Control, Jan Beetge:
Existing herbicides are packaged in highly porous particles, with special coating to allow intimate attachment and absorption into plants.
