Abstracts for the Lunar Innovation Consortium meeting due 4/16
On May 11-12 the Lunar Surface Innovation Consortium meeting will bring together over 1000 participants from 300 organizations to facilitate communication between commercial, academic, government, and nonprofit sectors to identify lunar surface technology needs and assess the readiness of relative systems and components. The meeting will include updates from NASA, networking opportunities, and contributed technical content from the community. We invite the community to submit abstracts describing technical capabilities within the six LSIC focus areas (surface power, in-situ resource utilization, extreme access, extreme environments, dust mitigation and excavation and construction), as well as those that identify lunar surface technology needs and assess the readiness of relative systems and components. Other topics of interest include defining the parameters and constraints of the architecture required to support a sustained presence on the lunar surface, as well as economic and policy considerations.
