Overview

The Problem

Too many people are dissatisfied and underutilized in their work and in their day to day.
This challenge encourages HeroX readers to evaluate themselves and to actualize a lifestyle which better utilizes their unique ability.

Leave unsatisfying work. DO WORK WORTH DOING!

The challenge encourages readers to seize 2016 as an opportunity to disengage from unsatisfying work so they can engage with work that provides them with Purpose, Meaning, Identity, Fulfilment, Creativity, and Autonomy.

There are millions of reasons that people settle for unsatisfying unproductive work, but there are just as many reasons to stop settling.
The whole purpose of this challenge is to incentivize people to realize that they can and should do work that they LOVE.

The Challenge Breakthrough

The breakthrough happens more people are empowered to actualize and they refusing to accept workplace mediocrity.
This challenge is based on motivating people to actualize themselves and to actualize the world around them into a more joyful and healthy reality.

Your Bucket List

Jan. 8, 2016, 9 a.m. PST by Nick

Alright, you may have this term associated with a movie that came out a decade ago...

But, "Bucket Lists" predates that movie, and writing out your Bucket List can be a really helpful way to find out more about yourself and your objectives.

What have you put off?

What do you really want to do?

What passions have you differed, planning to get to them... SOMEDAY?

Write out at least 10 items that are really important for you to do before you die.

Share your list here, in the comments

or, anywhere on the WorkWorthDoing page!

Start 2016 off right!
