The HeroX Spotlight Series: Introducing Ed Wong

BY JODIE WOZNIAK | 1 min read

Next up in our HeroX Spotlight Series is the man himself, Ed Wong. Ed is our Director of Possibilities, if you have a potential project he’s the first step to making it happen. Ed joined HeroX with over 15 years of prior sales experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills with him. He strives to make HeroX a crowdsourcing powerhouse and with his skillset we are well on our way.

So how’d HeroX land a guy like Ed?

“I love our ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) mantra and leadership’s commitment to everyone’s success. We are a team, we win as a team and grow as a team. The idea of crowdsourcing is also very compelling. When there are thousands of active challenges, anyone from any walk of life, educated or not, from anywhere in the world will have the same opportunity and a level playing field to earn extra income via the prize incentive. It will not matter who you are but what your idea and solution were. This, in my opinion, is how crowdsourcing could impact the world in a positive way.”

In addition to Ed driving sales here at HeroX you will find him driving golf balls on the courses throughout beautiful Vancouver, B.C. Anything and everything golf is the way to this guy’s heart. He also loves spending time with his family, watching sports and streaming every movie as soon as it becomes available.
