Hi to all, I am a Geologist specialized in Mineralogy and Petrography. However, I am currently working as Mechanical designer at SEFT Srl where I design machine for water treatment plants. I have 10 years experience in mechanical design and renewable energy. On my previous experiences I have designed a completely autonomous house by the use of wind, solar and water systems combining the three different type of energies. I did this project in The Netherlands at Wageningen University and DELTARES Applied Research Center (Utrecht). As Geologist I have experience in soil field mapping and how to describe and recognize sediment types. The topic of my graduation thesis at Ferrara University, was on meteorites and their geochemical analysis by the use of X-ray fluorescence and Plasma Mass spectrometry. Also, I have skills in 3D printing (I have two personal printers) where I practice so to improve the skills and the machine coding. I have designed prosthetics for a customer by the use of 3D cad (Solidworks) and the printer. I am learning CNC programming and laser engraving by using a personal CNC machine. Finally, I am member of Astrofili Centesi. anastronomy amateur group where I organize conferences on various astronomical topics and I am a member of Radio Amateur broadcaster (I enjoy to talk to the radio).
