Graduated from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) with B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2008. He has been extremely passionate about bringing about a change in the lives of millions of people, since the age 10. He has been constantly researching and conducting discussions since then, to find out ways to bring a huge positive change in the world. He studied in 9 different schools and lived in all sides of India and a year in UK, which helped him further his research and understanding. At IIT, he was an all-rounder by his performance in college teams in sports, academics, winning in national and international technical competitions, setup and lead a rural development group and also secured a day zero placement offer at Lehman Brothers. He has given seminars to over 5000 college and school students, to inspire and guide them on how they can make a major change in the society using technology. Ayush, later in 2012 also received the prestigious HR Leadership Award at IIT Delhi for this work. He worked with the investment banks Lehman Brothers & Nomura and later also worked with eminent IIM Ahmedabad professors on strategy consulting. At WhiteSwan Consulting Group, Ayush has been responsible in formalizing the corporate consulting and training wing; and for the last 4 years he has been full time on the Urea Deep Placement project, since its start. He has been heading the UDP applicator developmentand was responsible for building the team, conceptualizing the machine design from scratch along with the design team. He was also responsible for bringing the major partners IFDC, USA & Tata Chemicals Ltd. on board and also did a thorough ground study in India and Bangladesh for this project.
