Bo Pollett Wernick is the owner and chief engineer at Theta Composites. His company supports businesses in the process of going from prototype to manufacturing with a focus on high performance and high tech products. Theta Composites works with products that span many industries from aerospace and automotive through prosthesis and consumer goods. Mr. Wernick started his career as a software engineer where he developed automated property search engine software which was sold to real estate agencies for their websites. After working in software for 5 years, Mr. Wernick returned to school to earn a degree in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, followed by a masters in Business Management from George Mason University. After college Mr. Wernick spent the last 10 years as an aerospace engineer focusing on structures design, software development, and systems integration. He has worked with many prime suppliers to the US Military, including Northrup Grumman, Sikorsky, DARPA, and Aurora Flight Sciences.
