Lead real estate private equity concern focused on the acquisition, development, diffusion and scaling of PropTech solutions; Currently building applications in the HVAC and electric vehicle infrastructure domains. 1999 – 2006 President. The Boston Rental Property Association. Boston, MA. Raised $6 mm for multi-family housing recovery program; Provided economic and political analysis in support of the Massachusetts Assembly’s decision not to sell the John B.
