IAE is a competitive engineering company that provides engineering, design, procurement, and management oversight services worldwide. IAE typically performs work that includes a determination of investment cost, return on investment, and potential economic benefits of various alternative and renewable energy technologies including biomass power plants, waste-to-energy power plants, gasification, co-fireing biomass with coal, solar thermal, solar PV, bio-fuels, and wind energy. Engineering services include: design, engineer, installation, and integration of solutions to generate or reduce energy costs using the various alternative energy solutions. Often included in the analysis are equipment modifications, process controls, and all-source energy management. o Zilkha Biomass: Owner’s Engineer Consulting Services to develop and bring to market a biomass combustion system that supplies clean gases to a combustion turbine for power generation.

o Leonie Industries: Determine the feasibility of replacing diesel power generation with power generation by a waste-to-energy power plant using municipal and biomass waste, solar power generation, and wind energy generation.
o McCarty Farms: Engineering study to determine feasibility of retrofitting an existing waste wood bubbling fluidized bed boiler and material handing system to use biosolids (sewer sludge).
