Cherise Seals is a Senior Account Executive for NORESCO, an energy solutions provider, where she develops distributed generation, energy efficiency, and infrastructure improvements for institutional and governmental clients. She served as Chair of the Maryland Green Building Council for 2 years through December 2022 and as an Advisory Committee member for the MD Clean Energy Center. In 2022, she also served as an Advisor for the MD Energy Innovation Accelerator where she aided inventors on creating commercially viable energy solutions. For NORESCO, Cherise chairs WIN (Women In NORESCO) an employee resource group that focuses on mentorship and sponsorship. Having a 25+ year career in the energy industry, her experience spans engineering, sales, and business. A graduate of Loyola University in Maryland with an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Mathematics Minor from Virginia Tech, Cherise is well-appointed to advance the discussion on energy and building improvements.
