Cliff is a Navy Veteran and Founder of Tier One Renewables LLC. He brings his expertise to the solar industry with over 15 years combined experience helping teams resolve technical inverter faults, optimize fleet performance, and leading both business development and engineering teams on utility scale repowering and restoration projects. Cliff is widely recognized as a pioneer in the repowering industry and has founded several business units to support the industry’s aging assets. Cliff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
