I'm a licensed Professional Engineer in New York as well as a LEED AP and WELL AP. I founded Hydronic Shell Technologies to introduce a new category of HVAC system to the multifamily new construction and retrofit markets. The Hydronic Shell system will enable deep energy retrofits of existing multifamily buildings while setting a new standard for new construction by offering superior performance at lower cost compared to existing HVAC technologies.
