Edmundo Ricardo Vasquez
Ph.D., M.A.Sc., B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering
Dr. Vasquez expertica lies in the development and deployment of integrated boiler combustion and air pollution control technologies for utility, industrial, recovery and other boilers. These technologies include pre-combustion modifications (fuel handling, grinding, fuel switching, etc.), in-furnace modifications (burners, moving/stationary grates, cyclones, over-fire air systems, injection systems, etc.), and post combustion catalytic and non-catalytic technologies to control emissions (SOx, NOx, Hg, etc.). He has worked in the US, Canada, the Americas, Europe and Asia Dr. Vasquez has over 50 publications and presentations.
