Elisabeth Balachova (she/her) is a passionate environmentalist. During her time in real estate, she was an ambassador of the Tri-State Social Equity Task Force and learned the culprit of environmental racism; redlining. She made a commitment to ensure that all her actions are intersectional. Elisabeth started her career in the clean energy space at Sealed, a start-up company geared to make residential homes comfortable and cleaner for the planet. During this time she focused on expansion and took energy efficiency across the nation. She brings her wealth of building science, project management, and contractor relations experience to MHET to service low-income communities.
