I am an Agricultural Engineer, I have a Master's degree in Ecology, in the last 5 years I have been working with projects in the solar industry and energy efficiency in the USA, highlighting my work in the management and construction of solar thermal projects on a commercial scale in St. Croix, USVI. I have more than 25 years of experience in project design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation, which includes the management of multiple projects for the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and UNDP in different areas of sustainable development, such as adaptation and mitigation of climate change effects, sustainable management and conservation of biodiversity, and the use of renewable energy sources, as well as with the Swiss Development Cooperation Office, where I worked as a consultant on innovation for development in the areas of energy and agriculture.
