Fatemeh Kalantari is a PhD student at the University of Houston who is conducting research on high-speed algorithms to improve real-time transient calculations in power systems. Prior to her current studies, she worked as an adjunct faculty member and lecturer at Saint Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and the University of Tyler at Houston campus. Fatemeh earned her Master's degree in RF Communication circuits and systems from the University of Alberta in Canada, and her Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering from Tehran University, her hometown in Iran.
