Secured job title as "Project Leader" in first 3months of employment at leading aerospace company on multi-million dollar project. Completed 7 out of 8 follow-on projects either ahead of schedule or under budget (sometimes both). Created 13 patents (first one applied for in 1986) that allowed (circa 1988) Hughes Aircraft Co/Raytheon Ballistic Missile Defense Program (known by LEAP, "Brilliant Pebble", and other titles) to be successful per classified co-authored papers published 1996 by Raytheon & NSA.
